Intro SessionsOur INTRO session is a free session with one of professional coaches where you learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. Intro sessions are by appointment only and are required before you can sign up for any other classes. Sign up for a intro class under "Getting Started."
The purpose of this session is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. At the end of your session, we'll recommend the membership options and programs that would be best suited for you.
